This page explains what cookies are, which ones MyCozyPages uses, and how you can control them. It sits alongside our privacy policy.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. It can be used to keep a site working, to count visits, or to follow you between sites so you can be shown ads. The last kind is the one people usually object to, and it is the kind you always get a choice about here.

What we use today

Nothing. MyCozyPages is a plain static website. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics, and carries no advertising trackers. That is also why you do not see a cookie banner: asking you to accept something that is not happening would be meaningless, and under UK and EU rules a consent request has to be about a real purpose.

Our web server keeps ordinary request logs, which include your IP address and the page you asked for. Those are not cookies and are not used to build a profile of you. See the privacy policy for the detail.

If we ever add analytics or advertising, three things will happen before a single cookie is set: this page will be updated, a consent banner will appear, and nothing non-essential will load until you say yes.

Controlling cookies in your browser

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Every major browser lets you do this, usually under Privacy or Site settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you downloading anything from this site.

Changes to this policy

If what we use changes, this page changes with it, and the "last updated" date at the top will tell you when.
